Preston D. Jaquish is an associate of McGrath McCall, P.C. Preston focuses his practice in representing financial institutions in a wide variety of transaction and litigation matters including commercial real estate transaction and documentation, loan workouts, commercial and residential foreclosures, creditors’ rights in bankruptcy and various other matters.
Preston is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Preston obtained his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2013. While at Pitt, Mr. Jaquish served as Topics Editor for the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law. Mr. Jaquish also participated in the Pittsburgh Family Law Clinic where he represented clients on family law matters by preparing motions, arguing said motions before the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, and negotiating settlements. Preston was the 2013 recipient of the Eric D. Turner Award issued by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (Pennsylvania Chapter).

Preston graduated from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with a B.A. in Political Science. While at Lock Haven, Mr. Jaquish was a four-year member of the nationally ranked NCAA Division II Cross Country team, and was named co-captain for the 2007 season.
