McGrath McCall, P.C. is pleased to announce that Kirsten S. Penn has been promoted to a Shareholder with the Firm.
Kirsten has been an integral part of the McGrath McCall team since 2010 and currently focuses principally on representing financial institutions, corporate clients and real estate developers in all aspects of financial lending and business. Kirsten has extensive expertise in all varieties of complex transactional matters, including structuring and documenting commercial loan transactions and handling complicated real estate projects on behalf of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. She is also an accomplished advisor to all of the firm’s corporate clients.
The firm is very proud of the work Kirsten has done over the years and she has rightfully gained the respect and confidence of our clients as well as her colleagues and fellow practitioners.
Kirsten obtained her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2011, graduating cum laude. While at Pitt, Kirsten served as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Law and Commerce and earned the CALI Award for Pennsylvania Practice and Procedure. She also graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Jefferson College in 2008 with a B.A. in History. Kirsten lives in the South Hills with her husband and two children.
