McGrath McCall, P.C. is pleased to announce that Beth Slaby has joined the firm as a Senior Associate Attorney. Beth has spent her legal career working in the Creditor’s Rights and Bankruptcy practice areas. She represents financial institutions and other creditors in bankruptcy reorganizations, commercial workouts and commercial foreclosure matters. Beth has experience at both large national and local law firms, has worked in-house at national financial institutions and has also clerked for the Honorable Carlota M. Bohm of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Beth obtained her undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and her JD from DePaul University College of Law.
