Emily Jana is a Paraprofessional at McGrath McCall, P.C. She joined the firm in September 2025. At McGrath McCall, Emily assists attorneys in the firm's replevin, mortgage foreclosure, and bankruptcy areas. Her responsibilities include drafting pleadings, filing and managing case materials, and providing administrative and procedural support throughout various stages of litigation.

 

Recent graduate from the University of Miami, Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business Management. During college, she interned at a law practice specializing in wills and estate law, where she developed an interest in client-focused legal work. At the University of Miami, Emily was actively involved in philanthropic and community service initiatives. As Coordinator of Philanthropy and Coordinator of Senior Programming for Delta Phi Epsilon, she led fundraising and volunteer efforts supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders, as well as overseeing mentorship and leadership programs. Emily also participated in campus organizations such as Red Cross and the National Alliance on Mental Illness, organized and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the university’s pre-law fraternity.

 

Emily plans to attend law school in the coming years to further her career in the legal field. Outside of the office, Emily enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
