McGrath McCall, P.C. is pleased to announce that Bethany Bauer has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Bethany spent three years working at McGrath McCall, P.C. as a law clerk, where she gained valuable experience in all of the firm’s practice areas. Bethany’s practice will focus on representing financial institutions, developers and companies in connection with real estate, commercial finance and other transactional matters, while also representing financial institutions in the field of creditor’s rights and insolvency proceedings.
Bethany obtained her J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2022 and graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University in 2019 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Spanish.
